Your sponsorship table for Motorcycle by Moonlight includes exclusive access to the museum after hours, the opportunity to bid on exquisite items in our silent auction, a delicious meal, live entertainment, opportunity to mingle with other guests, and a wristband that gets you into the museum all weekend long. Each table comes with two drink tickets for wine, beer, or soda for each of your guests.

In addition, sponsorship tables come with 10 weekend passes to Vintage Fest for you and your guests, brand advertisement on the MBM website and throughout the event space, such as dining tables, stage, and social hour area.

When purchasing your ticket for Motorcycles by Moonlight, you will be prompted to choose your table. Each sponsorship table comes with 10 seats and can only be purchased in its entirety.

Tables cannot be reserved without purchase, so be sure to get your tickets early!

Packets containing your tickets, wristbands, passes, and drink tickets will be available for pick up before the event.  These can be retrieved at guests services starting  Thursday, October 8th 10:00am-4:00pm and Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm.

 

The individual who purchases the ticket will be responsible for distributing all tickets and passes to their guests. Please reach out to Sophie Baskin at sbaskin@barbermuseum.org if will require them sooner or would like to pick them up from will call.
